Hello there! Another month in the books, and I have to say I am ready for some May flowers. April is always a fun month; Spring weather really starts to get beautiful, time spent with family over Easter, and the school year starts to come to a close. And in Texas, it isn't boiling hot yet! I wanted to chat about the things I have been loving all month long, so grab a cup of something caffeinated & let's get to it!  I've said this before, but no one does dresses like Gal Meets Glam. This dress lived up to & exceeded all of my expectations! This is the Polly dress from their April collection, and it is the perfect spring frock. The fabric is soft yet structured, and it is a dream to twirl around in! I have be wearing it with heels, sandals, Keds, denim jackets... pretty much as often as I can! If you are looking to add a stand-out piece to your spring wardrobe, this is the dress I would point you to. Hair Scarves  These things have just been my favorite way to add a sweet, feminine flair to any outfit! If you are looking to add something fun to your look for spring, look no further. ME! by Taylor Swift  This came out 4.26, but I still have to squeeze it into my April favorites. I have been a Taylor Swift fan for 11 years now, and nothing gets more more excited than her new music. This was no exception. Not only is it catchy, fun, and makes you want to dance- but it has such an amazing message. A song about embracing what makes you different, and how special it is that there isn't anybody else like you? And that is what makes you fun? I have had it playing on a loop since the night it was released, and it just makes me so happy! So, thank you Taylor Swift for this self-love anthem we all needed. These Workout Leggings  Little known fact about me, but I run about 5 mies every single morning! I have been doing it for years, and it really helps with my anxiety. I have tried a lot of leggings, and I decided to pick up this pair from Old Navy recently and was so pleasantly surprised! They are super affordable, and feel super high quality.
