Hello there! August is... over? How is that possible? Wasn't it just New Year's- how is this year more than half way over? Fall is creeping up on us; stores rolling out their sweaters and Starbucks has brought back their pumpkin spice latte. It is taking me a little extra to get into the fall spirit this year, considering it is still 110 degrees as I am walking to all of my classes this semester. Before all of the fall goodness, I wanted to round up my favorites from my last month of summer for you all, so let's get into it. To shop them all, click here! This Pretty Polka Dot Jumpsuit I picked this little number up at the beginning of August, and I have just fallen in love with it! I love the dusty mauve pink color, I can wear it now with some little heeled sandals, and into fall with some open-toe booties, a floppy hat, and a denim jacket. Soooo excited to transition this piece to fall! This R+Co Dry Shampoo I run on coffee and dry shampoo, anyone else? I was perfectly content with my $8 dry shampoo I can pick up from Walmart, but when R+Co reached out and wanted to send me some haircare I was open to trying it. Well, I fell in love. This dry shampoo makes my hair look and feel fresh, even when it's not. No weird, crunchy, white residue here! If you want to hear more about R+Co I will go into it more in an upcoming blog post. This Essie Polish in 'Matter of Fiction' I have raved about this essie polish before, but this color in particular is a favorite this month! It is the lightest, palest baby pink color. It is almost white, but it isn't! Looks super cute with a tan, and I just love that it is a neutral, while still being pink. Taylor Swift's Lover This whole album is so good. We have all of the things that make Taylor Swift albums so special; the lyrics, production, the story telling- but matured. This is a woman who knows who she is, who she wants, and where she is going. I have been a fan since Our Song, and this album just makes my heart so happy. What have you been loving this month? Let me know!
til next time, Emily
