Today I'm giving up a family-secret recipe, so let me just start off by saying you're welcome. There is nothing better than a recipe from before people cared about calories and cholesterol, am I right? This is my great-grandmother's recipe, therefore it is great. But any who lets get back on track, today I am giving up the recipe for the world's best peanut butter fudge. Rich, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth peanut butter fudge. Now that your mouth is watering, let's get started.
What you'll need:
-1 pound of powdered sugar
-1/2 cup milk
-1 tbs butter
-1 small jar of smooth peanut butter
-1 jar marshmallow fluff
What to do:
1. Put the powdered sugar, milk, and butter into a pan, and stir while bringing it to a boil.
2. Let the mixture boil for 2 minutes.
3. Then mix in your peanut butter and marshmallow creme until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into a foil-lined and buttered pan, and let cool for 1 to 2 hours.
And that's it! That's the big secret: pretty easy right? Simple and delicious- itdoesnt get any better than that.
