Hello there!
I think we can all agree that by the end of January, we are all so done with winter. Don't get me wrong, I love my cozy sweaters and tall boots as much as the next girl- but at this point I am craving flowing fabrics and brighter colors that come in with Spring fashion! And living in Texas, it is already starting to look and feel a lot like Spring. So today I wanted to share this little transitional outfit, and a boutique I think you'll love as much as I do- Sabi Boutique! I was introduced to Sabi around 4 years ago when I moved to College Station, TX to start at Texas A&M. As a freshman my love for fashion was really kicking into high gear, and I loved going to their flagship store every couple of weeks just to take a look at all of the fun, feminine, and fabulous pieces they had on their racks. I fell in love with Sabi for their carefully curated selection of on-trend pieces, but I have kept going back over the years for Sabi's overall atmosphere. It is such a treat to walk into a store where the people are happy to be there, and they are happy that you are there too! Founded by a mother & daughter duo, Janis and Meredith; Sabi Boutique radiates the love on which it was founded on. And you might be wondering, what is "Sabi"? Well Janis, or "Queen Sabi", loves wasabi peas! And just like those spicy little treats, Sabi will most definitely spice up your wardrobe. Annnd back to the outfit! I picked up this cutest little coral top at Sabi. This coral color is absolutely stunning, and is forecasted to be one of the hottest colors of Spring & Summer. I adore the dramatic puff sleeves, trendy square neckline, and petite peplum at the hem. The body of the top is smocked & stretchy, which is both ultra comfortable and flattering. I paired it with some medium washed jeans, my black cap-toed nude heels, and a pretty pink hair scarf & heart earrings I also picked up at Sabi! This would make the cutest little outfit for Valentine's Day, and you could pair this top with some shorts or a denim skirt in the summertime for an equally darling look. If you want to shop small & make some really wonderful people do a little happy dance, you can shop Sabi Boutique online here! Anyone else just love shopping small? Let me know! til next time, Emily
