Easy & Healthy(ish) Pumpkin Muffins

Hey guys!
I really wanted to make cupcakes, but seeing as it was the day after Halloween I figured no one needed THAT much more sugar.  Also, I had 5 hours of homework to do, so I did not feel like having to clean up 4 bowls, and 3 mixing utensils.  So I knew I had to make something quick, easy, and at least relatively not-so-terrible for you.  And pumpkin puree does not only make for deliciously fluffy and moist baked goods, but it's seasonally appropriate!  All you're going to need is one bowl, one mixing spoon, 15 minutes,and believe it or not- no butter. Do I have your attention yet? If you want to know how the magic happens, keep reading!

What you'll need:
-1 can pumpkin puree
-1/2 cup greek yogurt
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-2 tablespoons cinnamon
-2 teaspoons baking soda
-2 cups flour

What to do:
-Pre-heat the oven to 350
-Put all of the dry ingredients into a bowl, and mix with a spatula.
-Next, dump in the dry ingredients, and keep mixing until there are no lumps.
-Scoop the batter into lined cupcake tins, and throw them in the oven for 15 minutes.

That's it! I think this is the first and only recipe that I have posted with no butter, but do not fear they are just as freakishly delicious as everything else.
