Fall Outfit Ideas from Morning Lavender

Hello there!
As much as I do love fall fashion I do get sad tucking away my frilly & floral bits as the weather cools, and the leaves turn color. But today I teamed up with Morning Lavender to share some frilly, feminine pieces perfect to take into fall!
Remember that puff dress dupe I shared a few weeks ago? Good new, there's an autumnal version! The maxi length makes it perfect for taking into fall, and I adore the antiqued rose floral print. It also has the most darling eyelet lace detailing. I paired it with my white booties, and felt hat. Not really sure what about the hat feels like fall, but it does in my mind! I'll add a denim jacket as the weather cools off.
Fairly certain this skirt is the only black thing I have in my closet! But these darker florals are perfect for the season, and I love the satin slip-style of it. I wasn't so sure how I'd feel about it, because I thought I'd be uncomfortable with the fit around my stomach. But the elastic waist makes it comfy, and the floral print keeps it from drawing attention to your tummy! It is so cozy paired with this sage green, eyelash knit sweater. I actually tucked the sweater up into the bottom of my bra, to keep the skirt looking seamless.
Yes, another prairie looking dress! I know this style is very polarizing, but it is one of my very favorites. The smocking makes it so comfy, and the puff sleeves could be great for hiding snacks! I added a braided velvet headband, my white booties, and I'll toss a denim jacket over my shoulders on those chillier autumn days.
And last, another skirt! This one is a pretty cream and ditsy wildflower floral print. The pleated style makes it so chic, and it has a comfy smocked waistline. I paired it with a bodysuit with a denim jacket over top here, as it was pretty warm out this day. When it starts to get chilly, I'll swap the tank for a chunky knit sweater.
I'm not delusional- I know I won't be able to wear these outfits into fall once Minnesota decides it is actually time for winter. But, I will be able to wear these all again in spring! I'll pair them with some white sneakers or sandals, and a straw bag. Which do you prefer- sweater weather, or sundress weather? I bet you can guess my favorite!
