When I think of H&M, I think of trips to the mall in high school with my best friend and us fretting in the fitting rooms over the irregular shorts sizes. Ah, the good ole days (?). I hadn't shopped there in several years, but I took a look at their website last summer and after a few winning pieces, they were back on my radar! Recently they released this 'Meadow of Wildflowers' collection, and I was absolutely smitten.
Watercolor florals printed on darling cotton dresses and skirts makes for the dreamiest styles for spring and summer! All of these pieces are less than $50, and the quality and fit is incredible. Twirly, flirty, and absolutely dreamy! I picked up an XS in everything, and I would say it is all true to size.
I dressed them up here for pictures with espadrille wedges, but they are darling paired with white sneakers for a more everyday look. Tossing a denim jacket over top would be darling, too! Try them with some nude heels and a clutch if you want to rock them to a wedding, shower, or any other celebration you have coming up.
These sort of eclectic wildflower prints that look like they've been plucked from an English countryside are so on trendy, and I am loving it. I am much more attracted to this trend, as opposed to the 90's and early 2000's trends that have been going around. I just want to have picnics in rolling fields and tea at garden parties, and these dresses would be just perfect.
