I have to admit, I have never been a fan of animal print. It never really seemed like my style; not my colors, and seemed to chic and cool for me to pull off. But after months and months of seeing leopard everything everywhere, and it looking so cute on everyone else, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and give it a try.
I saw this leopard sweater from ChicWish, and I loved a few things about it. First off, I loved that it was so neutral. It isn't in-your-face leopard, its beige-on-beige and ultra neutral. I knew I would pair it with my more feminine pieces to really make an outfit that was my style. I also loved the shape of it; over-sized with a puff sleeve is my favorite kind of sweater. And I am a massive fan of all of ChicWish's sweaters- they are always such nice quality, so soft, and fit just how I want them to. When I got this piece in the mail, I was even more excited. It is so soft, and I could really see myself working it into my autumn wardrobe. Here I styled it with my favorite velvet and pearl headband, my rose gold watch, and my little peep toe booties. I would also wear it with a denim skirt, a pink scarf thrown over when it gets colder, or even white jeans in the spring. After tipping my toes in the animal-print trend, I will definitely be keeping my eyes out for more pieces that match my style!
